I could not be more pleased with the work Anchor has done on my basement waterproofing. After sending an email requesting information, Michelle contacted me the very next day to set up an appointment for an assessment and estimate. Michelle was professional, cheerful and friendly. That same week, Dave Shifflett came out for the estimate. His knowledge, professionalism and way of explaining things was outstanding. He was thorough, honest and genuine. Dave has a winning demeanor that is not found so easily these days. I was fully aware of what the job would entail by the time he left. I was so impressed with his manner that I told him I would wait until he was available himself to do the job. The next day I received the estimate, which fell comparable to the other two I had gotten and even came in slightly under the others. The job was set up for two weeks from that time. Dave himself came with Marcus, his assistant. These two men worked non-stop with pride, with excellence and with professionalism through the entire job. They were careful and respectful of my home and took special care coming in and out of the house with all of the materials. In the evening after the job was completed, Cindy contacted me to check on how things went and to give me some tips I needed on what to expect during the curing time and the after care. Cindy was friendly and professional and assured me of Anchor’s commitment to my complete satisfaction. In the weeks and months to come, I hope to update this review with a report that the job was completely successful and that my basement is thoroughly waterproofed. Thanks so much for your help the other day. I needed fast action and you and your team of people came to my rescue. There wasn’t even a water emergency, but you understood my urgent need to have your team come out and asses the problem within an hour. When a person is trying to sell his house and he gets a report with a picture of water to prove something is awry it’s panic time. Your men were able to see that the damage was caused by the electricity from the storm shutting off and the pump not working for awhile. I haven’t heard back from the Appraiser, so I’m guessing all will be OK when we go to settlement on Wednesday.
